Shukla Industries, a leading plastic mould manufacturer in Delhi NCR, has completed another end-to-end project: a two-part plastic housing for a smart doorbell. We designed the parts, built the injection mould in-house at our Greater Noida tool room, and supplied the finished moulded parts directly to our customer.
The front housing includes a camera opening, speaker grille holes and a recessed button area. The back cover has screw bosses, locating tabs and cut-outs for fitting. Parts like these need accurate mould making and consistent moulding quality, and our VMC machining, wire cut EDM and sinker EDM allow us to deliver both.
