The mould is made for you and is paid for by you, so it belongs to you. We store and maintain it for production runs, and ownership and handling terms are confirmed in writing at the time of order.
Please send your 3D or 2D drawing or a sample, the plastic material, the expected annual or monthly quantity, and any details on colour, finish and tolerances. With this we can quote for the mould, the moulded part, or both.
We do both. As well as making the mould, we run it on our injection moulding machines and supply the finished plastic parts directly to you, so there is no need to move your mould to another moulder.
Lead time depends on the part size, number of cavities and complexity. Simple moulds take less time than large multi-cavity moulds. Share your drawing or sample and we will give you a realistic schedule with your quotation.
Yes. We review your part for manufacturability and suggest changes such as wall thickness, draft angles, ribs and gate location. This helps prevent defects like warpage, sink marks and short shots, and keeps mould cost and cycle time under control.
We make single-cavity and multi-cavity injection moulds, including two-plate and three-plate moulds, and moulds for a wide range of plastic components. Tell us your part, material and expected volume and we will recommend the right mould type.
Our facility is in Ecotech III, Greater Noida, in the Delhi NCR region. We supply moulds and moulded parts to customers across India, including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad and other industrial areas, and we can discuss export requirements on request.
It means one company handles the whole job: part and mould design, mould making, trials and sampling, production moulding and delivery of the finished plastic parts. You deal with a single supplier instead of coordinating a designer, a toolmaker and a moulder separately, which saves time and avoids hand-off problems between them
